End-User Data Deletion (Raleigh Raw)

Raleigh Raw provides a mobile ordering app and related services. This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data associated with our Services and what happens after you request deletion.

Option A: Request deletion in the app (if available)

If our app includes an account deletion feature, you can request deletion by:

  1. Open the Raleigh Raw app

  2. Go to Profile or Account

  3. Select Settings

  4. Tap Delete Account (or Request Data Deletion)

  5. Follow the prompts to confirm

If you don’t see these steps in your version of the app, use Option B below.

Option B: Request deletion by email

Email us at info@raleighraw.com with the subject line:

“Delete My Data – Raleigh Raw App”

In your message, please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address and/or phone number used in the app

  • (Optional but helpful) your most recent order date or order number

We may ask you to verify your request to protect your information.

What we delete

After we process a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify (as applicable):

  • Your app account profile (name, email/phone linked to the account)

  • Your saved preferences (where applicable)

  • Push notification tokens (where applicable)

  • Other personal data tied to your account that is not required to be retained

What we may retain (limited)

We may keep certain records if required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes. For example:

  • Transaction/receipt records for accounting and tax compliance

  • Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements

When retained, we limit access and keep the data only as long as needed for those purposes.

Timeframe

We typically complete deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Uninstalling the app

Uninstalling the app stops further data collection from that device, but does not automatically delete your account or past order records. To delete your data, please use Option A or Option B above.
